FAQ

What growers ask us

Straight answers about our seedlings, scheduling your production and how to quote your next cycle. If your question isn't here, message us on WhatsApp.

What information do you need to quote my cycle?

Four details are all we need to prepare your quote: crop, variety, area or number of plants, and expected transplant date. Send them on WhatsApp and we'll check availability for your next cycle.

Do you schedule production to my transplant date?

Yes. We work by transplant calendar so your seedlings are ready exactly when you need them. Greenhouse capacity is scheduled ahead of time, so we recommend booking before your sowing date.

Do you sell empty trays or deliver transplant-ready seedlings?

We deliver seedlings, not empty trays. You receive germinated, uniform, fully developed seedlings, ready to go straight into the field or greenhouse on your scheduled date.

Do you grow seedlings from my own seed (contract production)?

Yes. Send us your crop and variety, number of plants or area, and expected transplant date on WhatsApp, and we'll confirm availability, tray and a production schedule for your seed.

Which tray do you use for pepper, tomato or cucumber?

As a reference, pepper, tomato and cucumber do well in 128 to 200-cell trays. The final choice depends on the variety and your preference; see the Crops guide or ask us directly.

Are the trays reusable?

Yes. The lined trays are reusable and disinfected between cycles as part of crop-protection management.

How far in advance should I book my seedlings?

As far ahead of your transplant date as possible, to secure a slot in the cycle and reduce risk in your calendar. Message us and we'll coordinate your production schedule.

Do you deliver, or is it pickup at the nursery?

We coordinate logistics for each order directly with the client. Ask us on WhatsApp with your location and volume.

What is the minimum order?

We handle volume orders for greenhouses and farms. Message us with your crop and approximate quantity and we'll prepare a quote.

Didn't find your answer?
